You will need?
1 clove of garlic
2 peppers of different colours
2 medium carrots
1 small chili pod or chili flakes according to taste
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 to 2 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tsp of sugar or another sweetener
1 tsp of salt
1 package of tempeh
How to prepare?
Brown the vegetables with spices and tomato paste in a pan and add the crushed tempeh. Make sure everything is mixed, brown together for a moment and then pour the crushed tomatoes on top. Simmer over low heat until the sauce has thickened, and the flavours have concentrated.
Serve with rice, quinoa or bulgur and fresh parsley or coriander.
