NordTempeh is a pea, but with a little twist – fermented and therefore gut-friendly and easy to digest. Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food high in protein and fibre and peas are a traditional food in northern region. Fermentation is a technique for preserving the food passed down from generation to generation. In combination we get tempeh, that contains only natural ingredients and is produced sustainably.

NordTempeh is available both flavoured and unflavoured. Preparing a delicious dish is easy: marinate, slice and fry, grill or bake. The marinade gives the dish an Asian, Mediterranean, Tex-Mex or whatever special flavour. Excellent in salads, nourishing wraps, delicious in a stew and brilliant with grilled dishes.
