TEMPEH

NordTempeh is a pea, but with a little twist - fermented and therefore gut-friendly and easy to digest. Tempeh is a traditional Asian dish made from soybeans, but instead we make it from legumes more familiar to northern region - peas. Nevertheless, it is a natural ingredient high in protein and rich in fibre.

To prepare, give an Asian, Mediterranean, Tex-Mex or whatever special taste with a marinade. Slice and fry, grill or bake. Great in salads, stir-fries or with grilled dishes.
