You will need?
Pre-seasoned thyme-lemon tempeh
½ dl olive oil
3 tbsp of honey or agave/maple syrup
Juice of half a lemon
A pinch of salt
A little bit of chili flakes
How to prepare?
Set vegetables cut to your liking (except cauliflower and tempeh) on the griddle. Drizzle generously with oil and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees and then add cauliflower and tempeh. Mix again, so it would be evenly covered with oil. Bake for another 12-15 minutes, when the vegetables are golden and soft enough and the tempeh is crispy.
NordTempeh is a pea, but with a little twist – fermented and therefore more gut-friendly and easier to digest. Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food high in protein and fibre and peas are a traditional foodstuff in Estonia.
