You will need?
Marinated tempeh as desired (for example tempeh in herb marinade)
Zucchini
Cherry tomatoes
Yellow pepper
Red onion
For sauce:
½ dl olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of thicker balsamic vinegar
A handful of basil
Add salt, pepper and a dash of agave syrup or 1 tsp of brown sugar according to your taste.
How to prepare?
Prepare the vegetables: slice the zucchinis, peel the onion, and cut it into sectors, clean the pepper and cut it into fair slices that are good for skewering.
Cut the tempeh into pieces a few cm in diameter and marinate them to your liking. Save some of the marinade for brushing on later.
Chop the herbs and press the garlic. Mix the ingredients of the sauce together.
Stick the vegetables alternately with tempeh onto the skewers, brush the vegetables with the sauce.
Do not use all the sauce, it should also be distributed for the completed skewers.
Cook the vegetables in the oven on grill mode or on a real grill, turning them occasionally, until the vegetables are moderately golden, and the tempeh is sizzling.
Brush the vegetables and tempeh on the skewers with the marinade again.
