NordTempeh is a pea, but with a little twist - fermented and therefore gut-friendly and easy to digest.Inspired by traditional Asian tempeh, which is made from soybeans, our version uses locally familiar legumes for a wholesome, natural source of plant-based protein and fibre.

How to enjoy it? Let your creativity lead the way. Give it an Asian, Mediterranean, or Tex-Mex twist with your favourite marinade. Slice and fry, grill, or bake – it’s perfect in salads, stir-fries, wraps, or served alongside grilled vegetables.
